Little Achievers Occupational Therapy is a Paediatric Occupational Therapy practice based in the St George and Sutherland area of Sydney. Assessments, intervention sessions and education training packages can be completed in the clinic or at school, home or preschool environment working with relevant families, carers and staff. The input from parents and teaching staff is highly valued therefore, they are encouraged to participate as much as possible.

Our Occupational Therapy services can benefit children with learning and behavioral disorders, developmental delays, visual and hearing impairments, emotional disturbances or physical disabilities. We work with specific disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, sensory attachment and developmental trauma and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ ADHD), as well as typically developing children with specific concerns.

The purpose of therapy is to help strengthen the coordination between brain and body to gain and/or enhance function in daily living.

Assessment
An assessment is essential to look at the child's strengths, areas of development and to establish SMART client and family centered goals. It may cover the following areas depending on reason for referral:
